238x184 Rugged Box Spiderman Bambulab Version

STL's and Bambulab 3MF files are both included!

This is a remix of the Bambu Logo-Multimaterial AMS Rugged Box Remix. I scaled this up 150% and added a Spiderman face inside and outside the lid for my grandson. there is also a blank lid included at the proper scale for you paint or add your own designs! Also included are the STL files I used so they can be used with an MMU or other Slicer that does not recognize Bambulab 3MF files.

I suggest printing in ASA for strength and Ultraviolet protection, but as long as you are cool with reprinting in PLA when it breaks, go for it! The 3MF file has 4 plates including  the blank lid if you are using Studio Slicer, the print settings for each of the plate objects are already set in the Object Process settings and not via Global! If you want to make changes to print settings be sure to change the individual objects via Object Process Settings only! Generic ASA profle has been working fine for me when using Polymaker, FlashForge,  and Paramount ASA filaments without any changes other than I slow the Outer Wall Speed of all object in this file to 60mm/s via the Object Process Settings.

I left space under the chin of Spidey for you to add a name using 3D Text Tool in Studio or your favorite slicer. Just remember to invert the text and place it flush to the bed when you add it.

Special STL Printing Instructions:

If printing by the STLs only and not using the Bambulab 3mf Project file, make sure you drag and drop into the slicer both the 238x184 Rugged Lid Spiderman Case01.stl and 238x184 Rugged Spiderman Face Case01.stl at the same time and answer "Yes" to assemble as one object! If you do not the objects will be placed in different locations on the bed and you'll have fun trying to align them to print as one!

#6 x 2" or M3.5 x 50 Machine Screws and Nuts

Loctite Medium Blue thread lock

ABS Glue or drill and screws for handles

I highly suggest you install the Latches and screws before gluing/installing the handle(s)!
