Paintbrush holder I designed in Tinkercad because I didn't like any of the designs I found online.

Print on it's back. It may need normal supports touching build plate because the back is slightly curved around the edges. The holes should not need supports.
The upper holes are 10mm diameter, the lower ones are 8mm. The height is 80mm. If any of your brushes need a larger hole than 10mm at 80mm above the end of the shaft, the easiest is probably to just scale the whole design in the slicer. Printing at 110% would give 11mm holes.
