Description
I have a lot of 1" thick sandpaper strips for the Rockler Bow Sander. The problem is that the tension adjustment is not well thought out - it's very difficult to get good tension.
I've fixed that with this design. I've attached the Fusion file.
I printed with 11 perimeters and 30% gyroid infill. I wanted the pieces to be strong! I did print the bow separately from the pieces. And my settings were slightly different from the attached 3mf, because I have a MMU2S, and it has lower PETG printing temps.
I put some superglue into the holes of the tension pieces and clamped them in the open position around the bow until it the glue dried.
The pegs are deliberately tight. You may need to push them from the one side and use pliers to pull them out.
