HAAS Cable Pass-Through Port cover

This is a cable pass-through port cover sized for HAAS VMC machines. This model was dimensioned from a 2012 HAAS Minimill 2 but, may fit many other years and models as well. It has a slot provision for the Renishaw 5/8" cable passing though it when installed. Removable for passing additional option and accessory cables/hoses. Added step files and native SolidWorks 2022 part models so you can edit for your needs

I printed this in PETG, but PLA should work fine (check the material for compatibility with your cutting oils first). It's printable in 2 bodies and used CA Glue to bond. no supports needed

I embedded a 13/16" x 3/16" disc magnet during printing by adding a pause for insertion. McMaster-Carr # 5862K174. If printing on the MK3S or similar, you may need to disable fan detection as the magnet is strong enough to stop the fan briefly as the extruder passes by.
