2" Vinyl Downspout RC Track Connectors

These are parts for connecting sections of 2" vinyl downspout together for 1/10 Scale indoor carpet RC tracks.

-Button cartridge is designed to work with 1" long ¼ diameter spring like the Prime-Line SP 9701 Spring and a 30mm M3 cap head screw to hold the cartridge to the track parts and keep the bottom of the cartridge on. 

-Cartridge parts should be printed with 100% infill 

-Side by Side connectors should be printed in TPU. The heavy duty one can be printed with 3 perimeters. The regular one should be solid. 

-Track connectors should be printed with at least 2.6mm wall thicknesses and the bigger the nozzle you use the the better. No supports required. 

-Corner Flipper top and bottom parts should be printed in TPU with enough walls so flipper section is solid. The top and bottom parts should be glued together. I used Gorilla high strength polyurethane glue. M5 cartridge can be printed with harder materiel and 100% infill. Use 30mm or longer countersink M5 screw and nut to attach to an 18" Ice corner. Cut and drill template for Ice corner is in the file section. 

-Flex Corner Main body should be printed in TPU. M5 flex corner cartridge can be printed with harder materiel and 100% infill. Use 40mm or longer countersink M5 screw and nut to attach to 3/16" thick HDPE plastic strips cut at 2" tall.

---Added flex corner for 1/4" HDPE and shims so it will work with 3/16" or 1/8" strips too. 

- Double Strip flex corner parts have been added as well as a new cartridge and middle support. The new cartridge for these parts must use Ruthex M5 Threaded Inserts and 16mm M5 flat head screws. All the other parts for connecting the corners and shims for different thickness strips are the same as everything else.  

- Added SVG files to cut the “ICE” parts if you have access to tools to do that.
