Description
An elegant, flowery chopstick holder for the chopstick holder competition. It should hold up to 8 pairs.
Plastic or wood chopsticks are probably light enough not to tip it over but for metal ones you may want to add some weight to the base by pausing the print and filling it with sand or something.
The chopsticks are held in the holes on the upper part of the model. I don't know how big people's chopstick's are so I made a few different versions for bigger/smaller chopsticks. There's also an “Open” version for things that are an odd shape or really really big.
Obviously this will also work for straws, pen, pencils and other round-ish objects.
All the parts are designed to be printable without supports with the larger end on the print bed. There is a hole to fit a 4cm piece of filament to locate the two parts together. If your printer's big enough you may even be able to print it in one piece.
I don't have 8 pairs of chopsticks so I improvised a bit with whatever was nearby.
The 8mm holes are a bit too small for the plastic chopsticks I've got but perfect for Wagamama's wooden ones
