I wanted to make a hard case for my NOCO GB20 battery booster. This will both protect the power button from being accidentally pressed, and also keep everything together and safe.
This case is based off Nibb31's frogbox, but with the lid and base customized to fit the booster. I also changed the latches because I wanted a snug fit, but couldn't get my finger underneath to open them after locked in, so this altered design of the latch allows you better leverage to pop them open.
The case has a frame to keep the actual charger unit from sliding around, with a spot on the side to store the original bag and USB cable. The lid has some blocks for the battery cables to bite onto. This serves 3 purposes - keeps them from touching each other, locks them into the lid so they stay there when you open it, and keeps them in a skinnier profile so they can fit in the box. The lid also has a little "dock" for the end of the cables to keep that in place. It's only about a 3cm gap, so most printers should be able to bridge that - I printed it without supports.
As per the original frogbox, you need 8 x 20mm M3 screws to attach the hinges. No nuts required.
Since this case will likely spend a lot of time in the car, I printed it out of black PETG, with orange PLA+ for the hinges/latches.
Feel free to ask questions, and enjoy!
Also - Note that this is a decent printing commitment. The lid was about 16hrs on 0.3 resolution, and the base was about 22hrs. But well worth it for the end result.
