Better Ender 3 - Extruder Knob

This is a themed extruder knob / motor visualization to match the rest of the Better Ender 3 series of parts I've made.

This remix drops the overall height down to as low as it can go on the stock extruder and removes the logo from the center of the knob.

When using Direct Drive, a tall knob hanging horizontally can work its way off of the extruder assembly. With fang vents or similar, there wasn't always enough room for the remixed knob to fit.
