This is pretty much the same as SANGER_A2's remix, designed to fit the CR6SE and other printers like the Elegoo Neptune 2s which use 4040 rails with two channels (thanks to Joshua Bentley for letting me know it fits the 2s).  Note that the files are named “CR6 SE”, but that was because at the time I was making it for a CR6 SE, those files will fit other printers using 4040 extrusions.  

I added a remix of the 35mm fan cover by PBahner, and lowered the whole thing a bit. I've tested this and it works fine with a Pi3 B+, but I did not have a fan to use with it before I returned the printer to my buddy. The fan should fit however since it is simply using a remix of a design that was tested for the fan parts.

There are 2 versions, one has in integrated hex pattern fan guard, and the other has just a hole for the fan (a fan guard is still a good idea, just print one separately and add it to the top). Use supports touching the build plate if making the version with the hex pattern fan guard, unless printing the no supports version (see note below).

I added a version of the base with a bit of a relief to give some more space if there is a heat spreader on the back of the board. But this version only provides 3.8mm clearance from the bottom of the board to the case, in the area under the LAN chip on the back of the Pi. This is named "CR6 SE RPI Fan Case11-bottom-for-heatsink.stl".

UPDATE 1/21/2022 - The top model with the hexagonal pattern has been updated so it should not need supports. I have not tested this but it sliced OK. I will leave the original model as well, but if you wish to try the updated model, use the following for the top:
