2 in 1 Size Revo Nozzle Removal Tool

Some of my nozzles have lost their silicone sock, so I wanted a removal tool for it.

This tool is available in both sizes, with and without silicone socks. The way to use this tool is to loosen the screw while pressing it against the nozzle. It prevents idle rotation by the frictional resistance generated by pressing it against the nozzle.

Print settings: 

• Filament: PC, TPU, PETG
• Layer height: 0.25mm
• Supports: no
• Perimeters: 3
• Brim: Outer brim 3mm

Note:

• When printing with heat-resistant materials such as PC, it is possible to try loosening the nozzle even at temperatures above 100°C, which may allow for the removal of stuck nozzles. On the other hand, TPU material is not heat-resistant, but it can be expected to have strong grip.
• This tool is not suitable for removing nozzles that are tightly stuck and difficult to remove.
