608 Bearing Feline Fidget Spinner

Assembled model measures 82mm tall x 180mm wide  (3.2”  x 7.08”)

a 608 skate bearing is required - these can be purchased for as low as $4 for a pack of ten on Amazon or eBay.

a steel bearing is recommended, as they perform better than a 3D printed bearing, if you decide to print the bearing, I recommend using Ultimate 608 Bearing with Calibration Kit V2  by Matvey Kukuy 

Print settings

To provide sufficient weight, 100% infill is recommended for the base and spheres , the remaining parts can be printed at 20%

supports are required for the spheres

printed parts:

• cap 
• spinner
• spheres (x2)
• pin
• rod 
• base

additional items needed:

• 608 bearing
• CA glue (super glue)

assembly:

Holes are sized roughly .6mm larger than the rods and threaded ends of the spinner to compensate for print anomalies - gluing is required

1. insert rod into base with the end with the hole facing up.
2. insert the pin into the rod
3. press the 608 bearing into the spinner 
4. screw the spheres onto the spinner
5. place the spinner on the pin
6. glue the cap onto the pin
