2.5" Hard Drive Caddy/Tray for IBM/Lenovo xSeries Servers

This is a 3D printable version of the 44T2216 hard drive caddy for IBM/Lenovo xSeries servers. It can hold a 2.5-inch SAS/SATA/SSD drive and fit into the server’s hot swap bay. It has four screw holes for securing the drive and a handle for easy insertion and removal. Plenty of holes in front allow for adequate air flow during operation.

The model is designed to be printed with PETG or ASA filament and has built-in, easily removable supports. You can use this model to replace a broken or missing caddy or to add more storage capacity to your server. Low-profile M3 hard drive screws are required.

I printed in PETG with 15% infill and 0.3mm variable layer height. PLA would probably not work as well as it might deform with heat and it's very brittle.
