Help:

Every washer is 1mm high, if you want higher washer just scale it in Z direction by this formula to get desired height: height[in mm] = percentage/100 

ID - Inner diameter, OD - Outer diameter

Expectations:

Don't expect a washer that is strong as its metal counterpart, but i will do the job for low stress application. 

The washer may need to be resized because of inaccuracy of FDM printing.

Print settings: 

• Speed: any
• Infill: at least 30%
• Number of walls: any

All screws and nuts:

• M2
• M2,5
• M3
• M4
• M5 
• M6
