Description
The shoulder straps on my backpack are a bit worn. They don't stay at the length they were set, but slowly the webbing slips through the plastic ladder lock.
This version works and has been ski tested. Might be a bit small to work with gloves on, but you set it once and it stays put.
Printer Brand:

Rafts:
No
Supports:
Yes
Resolution:
0.3 mm layers
Infill:
None
Filament: generic PetG any
Notes:
4 perimeters, no top or bottom layers, no infill. Print with support, not just on the build plate but also on the part. Orient on edge. I use PetG which has some flex. Might not work quite as well in PLA.
To customize for a different size of webbing you will need to edit the LadderLock.scad file.
If you have not used OpenScad, I highly recommend it. Free open-source and runs on most OS.
There are some parameters at the top of the file, but the teeth on the tab do not scale automatically. There are some hard coded numbers in there that you will need to change.
