Pedal bar Curver TRIO waste bin

The rod between the foot pedal and the lid broke off. Unfortunately there is no spare part. That's why I designed and printed out two holders for an M8 threaded rod. This new connection is now almost indestructible. As filament I used ERYONE PLA+.

Note:

At the transition from the threaded rod to the fork, it is necessary to increase the infill to 100% in order to have increased strength.

Pedalstange Curver TRIO Abfalleimer

Mir ist die Stange zwischen dem Fußpedal und dem Deckel abgebrochen. Ersatzteil gibt es leider nicht. Deswegen habe ich mir zwei Aufnahmen für eine M8 Gewindestange konstruiert und ausgedruckt. Diese neue Verbindung ist nun fast unverwüstlich. Als Filament habe ich ERYONE PLA+ verwendet.

Material:

• Gewindestange M8x465mm
• Schraube M4x20
• evtl. Nylonmutter M4
• mindestens PLA+

Hinweis:

Bei dem Übergang von der Aufnahme der Gewindestange zur Gabel ist es erforderlich das Infill auf 100% zu erhöhen um eine erhöhte Festigkeit zu haben.
