Nano SIM Card Travel Case [Remix]

WHY?

I travel a lot and often buy local SIM cards. Since I tend to lose them, I needed a simple and robust case to organise and carry them. It stores up to seven nano SIM cards and an opening needle.

UPDATE v2

Based on your feedback, I increased the slot sizes for the nano SIM cards. Also, I extended the overall length by 1mm so the needle is fully covered by the sleeve.

SETTINGS

Everything was printed in PLA. 

• The tray, I printed in 0.08mm layer height.
• The sleeve, I printed in 0.2mm vase mode.

REMIX

This is a remix of the great NANO SIM CARD CASE by Peter H. Here's what I changed:

• Seven nano SIM cards instead of two/four
• Little nobs to prevent the tray from sliding out, but at the same time allowing easy opening
• Gap to pull tray out with your finger nail.
• Adjusted the size of the sleeve for PLA so you do not have to scale it down in the slicer.
• Included the 3MF files for easy adjustments.
