AMS Lid Lifter with Lock Remix

Just the refined spacer stl to reduce the side air gap further using the same design but stretching it out some more. Everything else is the same. Only uploaded the one stl file, so just mirror it in the slicer to print both sides. Note you might want to paint on some minor supports near the end tip.

Could maybe be tweaked a little bit further, but the effort is likely not worth it as any remaining air gap is very minor if there at all. I used a little bit of tape foam for the minor gap and have had no issue holding constant AMS humidity levels. I use a bluetooth humidity monitor in my AMS.

You can obtain the Lock stl from the original model website referenced below. Some users have printed the lifter out of TPU, but recommend using PLA for the lock due to internal breakaway supports.
