Description
A 2x1 Gridfinity block to store and present a set of three Irwin Speedbor drill bits. These are intended for rough carpentry - drilling studs for wiring, for example. The set is available on Amazon.
The block can be inserted in a standard gridfinity base, or hung on pegboard as I do, using a pair of hooks from this collection: https://www.printables.com/model/404089-gridfinity-gridzinity-vertical-pegboard-hooks
The hooks fit into small sockets in the block, and fit quite tightly, depending on your slicer settings and printer calibration. I printed in PLA, with a 0.6mm nozzle. Print time was approximately 37 minutes, with 10% infill, 2 bottom layers, 3 top layers, and 2 walls. These settings seem to produce a robust product. With a 0.4mm nozzle it's probably worth increasing the layer count a bit.
