Wind-up Cat Toy (Ball) with treat hole

Thread an elastic band through the middle and over the protrusions on each half, then wind one half up and let'er rip!

The bottom half has nubs which will drive it along the floor as long as it spins.

I've included a small treat hole which will keep the cat interested after the ball is done spinning.

Also works without being wound up. Because it's a ball.

For extra chaos, add a ball-bearing smaller than the treat hole inside.

Inspired by those butterfly wind-up things that scare the living daylights out of you when you open a card.
