This worked pretty well for me:
(sliced with cura and printed with black 3DJake PLA, 8h49m print time)

• 0% infill
• 0.4 mm nozzle
• no support
• no adhesion
• 0.28 mm layer height
• just the 1st layer printed slower (25 mm/s for me) 
• 50 mm/s for the rest of the print (maybe you can try to go faster there, you know your printer better than i do

Teabag organizer cover and base

printed as the base but

• 0.2 mm layer height
• 10% lightning
• 2 full layer top/bottom
