Tapa deslizante para Kingroon KP3S-Sliding cover for screen

Aunque tenía ya entre mis diseños una tapa muy fina para proteger la pantalla táctil de la impresora Kingroon KP3S: https://www.printables.com/es/model/388158-tapa-protectora-kingroon-kp3s, decidí hacer una versión mucho más refinada haciéndola deslizante. Así cuando no se use simplemente se mueve la tapa hacia delante y queda totalmente protegida. Para pegar el marco he utilizado cinta extrafina de doble cara 300 LSE de la marca 3M, por si en un futuro se quiere quitar. Pensé en principio en ponerle imanes, pero habría que instalarle muchos y no sería tan seguro.

Although I already had among my designs a very thin cover to protect the touch screen of the Kingroon KP3S printer: https://www.printables.com/es/model/388158-tapa-protectora-kingroon-kp3s, I decided to make a much more refined version by making it slider. So when not in use, simply move the lid forward and it is fully protected. To glue the frame I have used extra-fine double-sided 300 LSE tape from 3M, in case you want to remove it in the future. At first I thought about putting magnets on it, but many would have to be installed and it wouldn't be as safe.

Hay que usar soportes en el marco en la zona de la guía. En el Prusaslicer usar “relleno inteligente" a ambos lados en la sección de soportes.

It is necessary to use supports in the frame in the zone of the guide. In the Prusaslicer use "stuffed intelligent" on both sides in the support section.

Es muy importante eliminar bien los soportes para que cuando se meta la tapa en la guía esta se deslice correctamente.

Por cierto, para meter la tapa deslizante, simplemente forzar un poco los bordes del marco hasta que entre. Despues de haber limpiado concienzudamente la guía, mover la tapa deslizante muchas veces hasta que se mueva con total soltura.

By the way, to insert the sliding cover, simply force the edges of the frame a little until it fits. After having thoroughly cleaned the guide, move the sliding cover many times until it moves freely.

Queda situada a unos pocos milímetros del muellle de ajuste del Z-home, pero este queda libre para seguir usándose.
