Parametric Thumb Screws (Fusion 360 file)

This is a ready made Fusion 360 file to quickly print the required thumb screw.

Open the “PARAMETERS” window to choose the M3, M4, M5 or M6 screw size.

If you wish you can further dive into the parameters to fit your goal.

Reduced the tolerance parameter to 0.2 mm

Separate tolerance setting for hex socket and hole. Both set to zero to get a tight fit (v16).
Made the top and bottom chamfer bigger.
