2 inch Common (40mm) Wood Bracket

A simple corner bracket to mount a corner made of two 2" common (1.5ish" actual, 40mm) boards.

I made this to stack two rectangles made of 2x8 boards for a small planter box. The fit is pretty tight so make sure your corners are lined up nicely! If the fit is too tight you can also just scale up a bit.

I printed in ABS but ASA, TPU, or tougher should work fine.

As far as printing goes, the angles are designed so that you can just print it in the orientation it comes in, with support for just the two small flat areas. I set my support angle to 46° and it worked.

Another option is to lay it on one of the larger flat sides - in that orientation you're supporting more of the inner-middle piece, but the dimensions might be better.
