Backbone controller adapter for lightning extender | iPhone version

Update: I created another comprehensive attachment that works better for larger phones and is more reliable and stable

I didn't want to remove the case of my iPhone 14 pro whenever I wanted to use the backbone controller. So I bought this lightning extension adapter that fits perfectly on the backbone controller. However it still felt bit untidy and risky of it snapping and was flimsy fit on iPhone. 

I amateur designed this part that fits perfectly around that adapter and support iPhone case firmly. It's not a perfect looking design but I couldn't find any CAD design of the controller for reference, so just did some trial and error to find the perfect fit that works. 

It fits exactly like the Backbone One Adapter 

1. Extend the bridge
2. Slide the adapter on from the center
3. Push the adapter into the right grip until snug and the extender passes through

There are two options to download and print 

• Print friendly: Split in two parts with slots to join after printing. No support necessary with correct orientation. 
• Single block: You will need some support for this. Mainly releasing this as .stp file so easy to remix and improve. 

Notes:

•  I still haven't decided what to do with the other end to fit the case but it's working for now. Any contributions are welcome
• Check if the thickness of your case. Mine was 11.6, anything bigger might not work. But feel free to edit the design as per your needs(Remix welcome)
