Description

Sometimes it's just good to have a few rolls under whatever you want to move!

The transport rollers can withstand quite a bit of weight depending on the selected print material. I recommend to use one of the printing profiles. I have tested those and have achieved very good results.

The Roolers are made for use on even grounds so if you cary heavy stuff it better gets not to bumpy!

The tollerances of the model are intentionally chosen very tight to ensure better durability. Depending on the chosen material an your printer calibration it may be necessary to use a little more force or some rework. In my case, i place the bearing a bit into the Wheel and then step on it to prerss it into

The Rollers can be used with or witout Tension belts. The tesion belts can be easily threaded through the roolers.

Material for each roller:

  • 3x Screws M4 x 30mm
  • 3x Nylon Hexagon Nuts M4
  • 6x 608 Ball Bearings

Additional Material for use:

Sometimes the rollers should be fixed under whatever you want to move, for this you need…

  • 1 x 25mm tension belts

For example someone like those…

For the optional soft wheels you need two o-rings with a diameter between 20mm-25mm and a thickness of 2.4mm. Because there are so many possible o-rings i have provided you with the step file of the wheels so you can adjust them to your needs if necessary.

  • 2 x o-rings 20mm-24mm diameter and around 2.4mm Thickness
