Description
I have another set of wheels for one of the ebikes and needed a spoke magnet for the speed sensor, initially I wanted to purchase one but it seems that they're like 10euros!!! Which is way too much for 1 lousy magnet.
Dimensions are similar to the one from Shimano, it is a bit thicker since the original one is made of metal.
Needed
1 - neodium 10 x 4 mm magnet (can be thicker)
1 - M5 10mm screw
cyanoacrylate or other type of glue
Print settings
Material: PETG/PLA
Resolution: 0.10 mm (so the thread is OK)
Perimeters: 3
Infill: 100%
Assembly
Add a drop of cyanoacrylate and push the magnet in.
Make sure you thread the screw several times before mounting on the bikes so it “bites” properly on the printed thread.
