Voron ERCF Top Mount

This model was designed to mount the ERCF on top of a Voron 2.4 or Trident printer. It consists of three identical arms, and a bottom plate that moves the mounting hole locations, and provides a place to attach an EasyBrd.

The top arms are designed to replace the middle panel clip and should hold the top panel on fairly tight. There are five arm options that change how tight the top panel is held against the frame (1-Tightest, 5-Loosest) in increments of 0.5mm. The tightest option worked best for my printer. The measurement in the filename is the distance between the frame and top of the panel.

I recommend using some form of passthrough on the top panel (Link to mine) to reduce the length of the bowden tube.

• 3 M5x16 BHCS
• 3 M5 20 series roll in nuts or drop in nuts
• 9 M3x8 SHCS
• 9 M3x4 Heat Inserts
