NCE DCC PowerCab Panel Mountable Case

This is a bottom mount case and faceplate for the older style PowerCab panel, NCE 5240222. This case fits the model with the single connector in the back. The newer style has two connectors, which this will not fit.

Printable Models

• Case - required. Holds the PCB.
• Faceplate - optional. The OEM aluminum one will work too.
• Cable Clip - optional. Used to tidy up the power cable.

BOM

• (2) 3mm x 4.5mm x 5mm heatset insert 
• (2) M3 x 6mm screw (5mm will work too)
• (4) #6 wood or sheet metal screws for mounting

This model includes an optional, matching faceplate. The original aluminum faceplate will work, but the included faceplate both matches the size of the case and also offers an option for those who've misplaced the original.

Print Settings

• Any materials, PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA
• 2-3 walls
• 4-5 top/bottom shells
• 18-25% infill

Assembly

1. Insert heatsets using a soldering iron
2. Place PCB and use M3 screws to mount
3. Attach faceplate of choice
