Saw this head at https://www.printables.com/model/311369-the-rock and thought it would fit on a 45 record adapter very well. Oh yes he does. 🤣

Drill hole has a depth of 29mm. So it fits certainly on most turntables. Yes also on Thorens. 😉
I've made some variations with different inner diameter, 7.4mm - 7.7mm, for printing reasons it will get tighter. If it's still too tight, you can add a negative volume zylinder in prusa slicer. Make a test with a thin disc that suits you best.
