Description
I have a steel centre punch that I often use to mark wood for drilling (a slight indentation keeps the drill bit in the correct spot, especially on hardwood or plastic where it can wander at the start).
To make it easier to exert force on the timber I modeled a handle (based on existing hex bit driver I have).
The bit slides into the handle, but can easily be removed in needed to mark metal where you need to strike the centre punch with a hammer.
Two small magnets are glued into the handle to stop the punch from dropping out.
