Stable and waterproof electronic box / enclosure (remix)

This are the changes:

• added parameters NutBridgeType and NutBridgeLayerHeight to simplify printing screw holes above nuts space: with “Full bridge” type a single layer is printed above nuts space to benefits from bridging, with “Square holes” type two layers are printed above nuts space to support screw holes (see attached images)
• added parameter NutAdditionalGap to adjust the empty space between nuts and screw holes (however I left the default as chosen by pb-tech)
• added parameter MountHolderLocation to choose where to put mount holder (on top of the box, in the bottom part, or both location)
• added parameter RenderQuality: it will overwrite the $fn parameter only during final rendering, this way you always have a fast preview and a fine rendering
• added parameters EnableExtraNuts and ExtraNutElevation to insert new spaces for nuts in the back of the bottom part to mount the box from behind (thanks to @Thomas P for asking)
• added license information in the scad file
