X Axis Belt Tensioner Base (Anycubic Kobra)

For pulley mounting, you will need the m3x16 screw (x1 for each axis) and of course the 20 teeth, bore 3mm width 6mm Pulley itself (x1 for each axis) already mentioned by Thumquas.

For mounting the tensioner, you can use the screws from the original kobra tensioner.

I've made the fitting a little bit tighter so absolutely no more “wobble” is possible.
