Added a new Part: "Hinge_Cover_full"

Made a simple attachable hinge-cover/book-protector for the ikea billy board.
Its all-in-one-print and just pressed onto the hinge. I wanted it to be few filament consuming and fast printed.
Let me know if you want a bigger “full-hinge-cover” version
