Just a simple sanding block with multiple width configurations
Bill of Materials:
- 1x M5x35mm socket head bolt
- 1x M5x0.8mm nut
Assembly:
- Glue the nut to the bottom block
- Glue the bolt to the top handle
- Cut sanding belt to length (~9 inches) and wrap around the bottom block, overlapping the two slots on the bottom block
- Thread the bolt and top handle through the top block and screw into the bottom block
