100mm Ladderline Seperator

I reworked a model for openwire seperators, originally done in tinkercad, using Fusion 360.  The seperators are intended for use with 14awg THHN wire.  Wire snaps into the recesses using a set of slip lock pliers.  I used a dab of waterproof glue on top as insurance.  Use a material that is weatherproof and UV resistant.

Please print and test a small number of seperators to see if they are appropriate for your application.  The open wire feedline I built was done using an 18" spacing for seperators.

I included parts for a spacing jig. Print two of the T's (part 1) and one of the splints (part 2) then glue together.

I suggest printing the seperators with a high wall count and no infill.  The design was intended to provide adequate strength while minimizing material use and print time.
