Flsun v400 blower fan tensioner

Thanks to worldcat_3d it's now easy to replace the 60x10 fan for the motherboard to focus cooling on the stepper drivers. Unfortunately, doesn't provide a way to secure the shroud to keep it from vibrating, so I made this to use instead of zip ties. Uses original m3 mounting screws as well as m3 inserts. 

Images show the prototype, I've updated the spacing for the file provided.
