This is a sign to tell unwanted visitors of your property, that you have active CCTV cameras running.

The sign is in German telling “property video monitored”.

This model is optimized for a 0.3mm layer height. This keeps your print time down and is more than enough for a sign like this.

I hardly recommend to use an outdoor-friendly material. I think the best should be ASA, but I always use PETG for outdoor use which worked fine so far, so I think you should be good with PETG too.
I strongly advise against using PLA, as it will warp in the heat of the sun.

To achieve multi color printing (like this) without an MMU, just set the color change in your slicer.
