Ryobi Battery Adapter - USB Powerbank Version

Update 2024/11/01: Added some new file versions for coarse or regular M3 size screws without requiring heatsets. 

Update 23/11/06: Added “Rev2” versions of interface, shell, and cap files. These are mostly minor updates to clean up the designs, and also to fix whatever weirdass idea I had for the old cap. Step files are updated and included as well. 

Simple design to use a Ryobi battery to power an automotive 12-24V USB charger. Uses M3 heatsets+screws, and Keystone 209 contacts. Snaps directly onto the battery just like a proper tool would.

Design is based on some sketch profiles found somewhere on the internet awhile back. I'll update attribution once I'm able to confirm where I sourced them.

Includes step files for customization.

Most files should print as-positioned, but the interface you'll want to flip over.
