3D printing friendly SlimeVR Cases for the SlimeVR DIY Kit (UNTESTED)

After working on the Official SlimeVR case design, I realized that they were not easy to print on an FDM 3D printer. I've decided to modify the design and publish it here for people to build their own SlimeVR trackers using the DIY Kit !
