Balisong case and insert for 4 Arasaka knifes

Insert works with both Arasaka Balisong Butterfly Knife versions, this insert is for V2 specifically.

To print Arasaka logo into the case on a same bottom layer, its possible to do with single extruder.

Note that this guide only works with PrusaSlicer

Print settings

• Insert - anything works
• Case lid with logo - you need to setup two virtual extruders before opening the .3mf file, check how with link to guide above
  • 0.2mm layer height, or change the logo height to match two layers eg. 0.3mm = logo 0.6mm high, scale without constraints
  • Bottom fill pattern, I used concentric 
  • No supports needed
• Case lid and case bottom (no logo) - no supports needed, 0.2mm layer height suggested. 

Hardware needed

• 6 M3x30mm screws, or just 2 if you don't add latches.

Balisong insert works with M4 and M3 screws and of course with printed pins. Knifes should fit snugly and doesn't drop out if held upside down.
