Description

I had adjusted/remixed this model to max out the settings on an AnkerMake M5 Printer. The lamp itself couldn't be any bigger due to the constraints of the printer, but it's still just about the perfect size. The adapter for the lamp was adjusted to fit an e12 bulb and socket, additional parts listed below. I found the wavy stand after searching for a while, not wanting to have one of the very common rectangle angle stands or a tripod stand. Credit/source for that wavy stand is at the bottom of this description. I used AnkerMake White PLA for this print, but I'm sure any white filament would do fine. I had less success using the Hatchbox Glow In The Dark PLA, but I'm not done with that fight yet.

Parts came from Amazon, but you can easily get a different bulb or buy one on ebay for lower cost.

Parts needed:

E12 Socket
Light Cord/Switch
Phillips Hue E12 Bulb
optional:
Amolen Dark Wood Walnut PLA

@MichaelRuotol_742401 has taken the time to create a smoother version of the wavy stand, I would highly recommend his version here, unless you want some sanding practice on mine. 

@Squawk_388463 has generated Bambu Labs files to send the Moon & Base directly to the X1 or X1C. They recommend using Silent mode on your Bambu, and notes that it will take about four days. The .3MF BBL files are included in this post.

When you receive the Cord & Socket, using pliers pull the wires out of the original cord socket(remembering which wire goes in each plug), and reconnect them in the new socket the same way. This socket is a a screw socket, the other is a spring.

Print out the e12 adapter file, unscrew the nut on the socket, insert it and screw it back together, clamping the e12 adapter to the socket. 

Print the moon lamp and insert then twist clockwise to lock the adapter in place. 

Print out the stand to elevate and give the moon something to “float” on.
