Raspberry Pi 4 Top - Screwless FAN Mount (30/40mm Noctua)

This is a remix of the great Raspberry Pi Case Top of Malolo. We've had a good cooperation over the last few days and have worked on the design and new ideas to make the case even better.

So the idea to integrate a fan without the ugly screws.
I've therefore built a holder in which the fan can be simply pushed from the side.

Please note:

30mm
The 30mm fan height is limited to 7,5-8mm. Works great with Pi-FAN.
Unfortunately, the GPIO socket connector are a bit too high for the low case and therefore have to be modified. Pull the GPIO pin out of the connector and it fits perfectly.

40mm
The 40mm fan height is 12mm and optimized for Noctua NF-A4x10 5V.
For the connection to GPIO socket you can use the orignal Noctua molex connection. You just have to swap the cable ends.
The 4010 fan height is 10mm and for all others standard fans.

• added a higher version (thanks to Malolo) for 40mm Noctua NF-A4x10 5V with bigger air slots and repositioned horizontal slots at the back
• added a version for 4010 fans with 10mm height.
