Description
My Cerambot 3D printer came with 65° prism posts (vertical aluminium extrusions) instead of 60° ones, preventing correct assembly.
These wedges allow to correct somewhat the angle. These are 2.5° so using six of them at the top and six of them at the bottom "removes" 6x2.5° = 15°, allowing to make a triangle.
This is not a perfect solution as the resulting triangle is a bit larger than what it should have been had the posts the correct angle. The main consequence is that the top and bottom plate are a bit to small and must be attached using washers.
An alternative solution may be to file down the post to get to the correct angle, but it is harder to correct if something wrong happens...

Notes:
Orient the object so that one of the large flat areas is on the printer bed.
Use the thinnest layer possible, as the the edge of these wedges is, obviously, very thin.
Print six of the 50mm ones and six of the 40mm ones. Add one at each end of the horizontal beam so that the thicker side is on the outside of the frame. Mount the frame making sure these wedges remain aligned.
For mounting the plates afterwards, you may need to use washers to pin them down.
Attaching the bottom plate with washers.
The wedges in place. These are black wedges, not gaps.
