WORK IN PROGRESS - FEEDBACK APPRECIATED!
I was a bit disappointed with the cooling performance of my Voron 0 as it seems to be the bottleneck for fast PLA and PETG printing. I thought of a way of mounting a 5015 blower fan similar to the Prusa Mk3s. I also wanted it to be easily removable, as the door will not close with it equipped. I came up with this magnetic snap-on design, which can be added and removed with one hand.
This is a 5015 cooling fan addon for your Voron 0 running the Mini Stealthburner. There is also a model available for the Mini Afterburner.
The model prints without supports, but two magnets 5 mm diameter magnets are required that hold the shroud in place. Any size bigger than 5 mm should do the trick (I had 5x8 mm ones lying around and they work like a charm!).
caution:
Initially I had all three fans (the two stock 3010 and the additional 5015) hooked up to the same output on an SKR pico board. Somehow this lead to the 5015 fan not working after just a few minutes of printing – and two replacement fans thereafter… I therefore highly recommend to use another plug for the 5015 fan if available. In your printer.cfg you can make use of the multi_pin feature to run current through both of them:

pins: gpio18, gpio20 #these are the pins for SKR pico. Put your pins here comma-separated
