Overengineered Glue Jig for Gridfinity Magnets

I suggest you use this Simple Glue Jig instead!

In testing, I realized I massively over-engineered this jig, and it could be done in a single part that's faster and easier to use. But I spent too much time on this version, and maybe someone will like it better, so here it is.

Many Gridfinity designs have large magnet holes that require glue. There are a few different 4 magnet jigs, but if you're like me, you put way too much glue in the hole, and now the magnet's pushing it all up into the jig, half the magnets are now glued to jig, and now you've got cyanoacrylate all over your fingers.

This jig is a flat, smooth surface that seats the magnet into your Gridfinity part. Simply set up the jig with a magnet, align it into place, hold down on the circular base, and pull the other part holding the jig magnet away. Then slide the base off horizontally. If you did over-glue, it's far easier to wipe this flat surface on a paper towel.

The jig's magnet hole is designed to pressure fit a standard Gridfinity 6x2 magnet. If you need a jig for pressure fitting, I suggest using my pressure fit jig.
