Intro:
The motivation for this design was to build an eGPU with a $250 budget with used parts with a 10 liter maximum volume. At 165mm x 165mm x 330mm, it comes in at 8.98 liters.Â

Required parts:
- ATX power supply
- EXP GDC TH3P4 Thunderbolt card
- PCIe GPU (AMD, Nvidia, etc.) or other PCIe add-in-board
- 6x M4x10mm bolts with nuts
Optional parts:
- 2mm thermal pads to modify Thunderbolt card
- 140mm or 120mm cooling fan
- additional M4 nut, bolt, and large washer to secure heavier GPUs
- zip-ties for cable management
- 4 adhesive rubber feet
Recommended print settings:
- PETG - you'll need ~800g of filament (ABS and PLA ok too)
- no supports
- 0.25mm layer height
- 3 perimeters
- 10% infill
- 0.6mm or larger nozzle for faster/stronger print
- Each part can take 12+ hours depending on your printer settings
