nozzle indicator / ukazatel trysky

If you often change the nozzle in your printer, or if you have several printers with different nozzle diameters, this nozzle indicator will come in handy. By turning the wheel, you set the nozzle you have in the printer.

I recommend material PLA and printing with nozzle 0.4 and layer height 0.2mm. For better readability the wheel model print with a 0.25 nozzle, numbers down with a color change.

After print 3 base model (mainBody, wheel, cover) use force and push locking tab to inside for release it (pic “releaseLock”) and then put all together (pic “expand”) For better rotating you can use drop of silicon oil.

From bottom side is bayonet for mount on holders.

For this moment are holders for double-side tape and for NEMA motor. If you will have an idea for another, write it in comment ;)

Pokud často měníš trysku v tiskárně, nebo máš více tiskáren s různými průměry trysek, bude se ti hodit tento ukazatel trysky. Otáčením kolečka si nastavíš trysku kterou máš v tiskárně.

Doporučuji materiál PLA a tisk tryskou 0.4 a výškou vrstvy 0.2mm. Pro lepší čitelnost model kolečka s čísly (wheel) vytisknout tryskou 0.25, čísly dolů se změnou barvy.

Po vytisknutí 3 základních modelů (mainBody, wheel, cover) použij trochu síly a zatlač uzamykací jazýček dovnitř ke středu pro jeho uvolnění (obr “releaseLock”) potom složíš vše dohromady (obr “expand”) Aby se lépe otáčelo kolečkem, můžeš použít kapku silikonového oleje.

Zespod je bajonet pro montáž na držáky.

Držáky jsou zatím jen pro oboustrannou lepicí pásku a na motor NEMA. Pokud budeš mít nápad na další, napiš mi to do komentu ;)
