Description

Needed an exact model of the speaker for a 3D printed enclosure. Due to the thin .75mm outer lip a precision mounting bracket is required. The speaker comes with a fiber gasket which helps but without a way to precision mount most people on Amazon say they end up hammering the lip flat to make it work. With a 3D printer you can accommodate for the finer details without a hammer.

As for the actual 4" speakers sound quality is excellent and is now my “go to” speaker for small boombox projects. Nice thick rubber diaphragm, large coil and magnet, good soldering, and overall quality construction. A quality 4" mid-range woofer/speaker. It will do highs no problem but it's not a tweeter.
