Third Eye Bar End Mirror Mount

I really like the Third Eye Bar End bicycle mirror but the ID of my handlebars was too large to get a secure fit. After a season of constantly adjusting my mirror I was a bit frustrated. At a stop light I decided to crank it down as tight as I could and of course I cracked the mirror. I like the mirror enough that I ordered a second but decided to make a new expanding mount for it before it arrived. This is the result... Note this will only work on handlebars that have a larger than 20mm ID. If yours have a smaller ID post a note and I'll re-work the plug if you want a copy...

For the Weight Weenies, not that you'd put something like this on your bikes, you'll notice this mount is actually lighter than the mount supplied by Third Eye.

You'll need

(1) M5x18mm cap screw

(1) M5x30mm cap screw

(2) M5 Nylock nuts

Other than changing the ID I'll only re-work if this gives me issues...

STL's are placed the way I printed, I sliced using 5 top and bottom layers with 30% gyroid infill and supports everywhere with Slic3rPE and everything seems solid.
