Backstory

I have had multiple feet break off of my toaster oven, rather than replacing it or dealing with the wobbling, I decided to create replacement feet for it.

I designed this from scratch in Alibre Design.

Print Recommendations

I have printed this one in ASA to hopefully reduce chances of it melting since even below the toaster oven it can get quite hot.  I would recommend against PLA and anything else that might get too hot.  I did 15% infill (gyroid) with 5 walls to be on the safe side.  Print with the pins sticking up, no supports should be required, I did print overhangs at 15 mm/s to be on the safe side and got relatively little sagging.

Hardware/Assembly Information

The feet should pop into place with the pins, there is always the chance of the pins breaking, so I provided a version without pins.  I used 3D Gloop's ABS glue to try to adhere it to the bottom, but time will tell on how successful it is.  You may have to do something similar if you broke a pin off.  My toaster oven doesn't move much, so I don't really anticipate it being an issue.

There are two different types of feet, the only difference is where the smaller fin is, so make sure you print the right one for what is missing.  I have included a full picture of the bottom of my toaster oven that should help with identifying which one is needed.

Usage Recommendations

Should fit fine, I have noticed at least on my toaster oven, some of the areas are dented around the feet, so I had to make a few attempts at getting a height that works best without wobbling too badly.  Depending on the shape yours might be in, it may have slight wobble, but not too terrible.

As with anything dealing with heat and 3d printed parts, be careful and there is always the chance that whatever filament that was chosen is not able to handle the heat or abuse.  So be careful and observe how it is operating and check for any deformation/warping during regular use.
